We are a business run by a person who is high risk, so we require extra covid safety no matter the current Government guidance.

We will confirm negative Lateral Flow Tests on the morning of the event with you via email for all staff working. 

If any member of our staff tests positive on the day, we will not be able to provide food and you will receive your money back, minus your non-refundable deposit.

If any member of our staff tests positive in the week before the event, we will try to help sort out alternative catering, however this may not be possible. You will not receive your non-refundable deposit back. 

If any of your staff or people attending your event tests positive prior to the event and it is cancelled, you will not receive your non-refundable deposit back.

If any of your staff or people attending your event tests positive after the event, we ask that you please let us know so that we can test and isolate appropriately.

Pre-Covid we would serve food from a table usually in the main area or seating area of the event. We will have to make some changes as outlined below.

We will provide food prepackaged in takeaway containers. Unfortunately these will not be made out of recycled or eco material, however we recommend that people can take them home to wash and reuse. Cutlery will be single use. We will need access to the empty room before meal time and we will thoroughly sanitise and wear masks. We will leave once the food is set up, ahead of the service time and leave food ready for people to pick up containers themselves.
